The evaluation and follow-up sessions are one-on-one for the full hour with your dedicated provider.

A. After the completion of your comprehensive evaluation, your provider will be able to determine a recommendation based on the specific findings and your needs. They will also discuss factors that may expedite or delay this process.

All cancellations and reschedules will require a 24 hours advance notice. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, you will be charged for the session. This is to ensure fairness for both the provider and all other patients who need to see us. Thank you for your understanding.

We are an out-of-network provider. Our team will take down your insurance information and verify your benefits. We are not directly contracted with insurance companies so depending on your coverage, we can discuss and provide the most cost-effective options for you.
We do accept HSA/FSA.

We offer virtual sessions on a case-by-case basis. We have found tremendous success with many clients virtually, but we do not feel it is appropriate for all people. After the consultation, we can decide the best course of action.

We wholly believe that trust is built on honesty, transparency, and the patient’s best interest in mind. After the evaluation, if we believe we cannot help you or you may need to see another provider first (i.e., pain management specialist, orthopedist, dentist, optometrist, etc), we will make it known and point you in the right direction. If we feel confident that we can help you, we will discuss our findings and the strategies to get you there.

Physical therapy is a “direct access” profession, meaning you don’t need a referral from another medical provider to get started. Research shows that direct access leads to better outcomes and reduces unnecessary healthcare costs.
